Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused, resaleable condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
